Meet Leah Derusha

Kramer

Leah Derusha is a graduate of Michigan State University. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Pre-Law. Leah then went on to graduate from Marquette University Law School. She provides expert legal services to Family Law clients throughout Northeastern Wisconsin.

Leah also provides representation to children as a Guardian Ad Litem in Manitowoc, Marinette and Oconto Counties. She is experienced in criminal felonies and misdemeanors, child custody and placement cases, child support, maintenance (alimony) divorces and legal separation.

As a law student, she was a law clerk to the Honorable James A. Morrison, Circuit Court Judge in Marinette County. She also completed internships for the Wisconsin Public Defenders office in both Peshtigo and Milwaukee Counties. During her time at Marquette University, Leah was a member of the Association for Women in Law and the Pro Bono Society. She was a volunteer for the Family Law Help Desk in the Milwaukee County Courthouse for two years.

Raeann Kramer is an Attorney focusing exclusively in the area of family law. Her practice includes divorces, legal custody and physical placement disputes, support modification actions, paternity, post-judgment matters, and adult adoption. Raeann is also a trained and experienced Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of minor children.

Raeann is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Political Science and a certificate in Criminal Justice. She went on to graduate Cum Laude from Marquette University Law School. In law school, she earned membership in Marquette Pro Bono Society for performing over 120 service hours.

Being involved in the community is important to Raeann. In the past she has served on local boards, including Best Friends Neenah Menasha, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Wisconsin. She is also actively involved in the State Bar of Wisconsin, having served on the Family Law Section Board, and currently serving on the Bar’s Leadership Development Committee.
